I recently did an oil change and (accidentally) put in half non-synthetic and half semi-synthetic oil. Do you think that this could cause gear slippage? Ever since that oil change, I've noticed that my bike is sometimes "missing" third gear which it never did before this oil change. It's also much harder to put it into fifth gear, which was troublesome before the oil change but is definitely worse now.
I'm about to change the oil again anyhow, and will put in non-synthetic oil, but I wanted to see if anyone might know the source of my problems. Any recommendations are appreciated!
